This is a 30 second Chair Stand test to assess the strength and endurance of your legs. Please enter the number at the back end of the quiz. Include a short warm and cool phase either side. It's a nice benchmark to have - this is in no way a replacement for a sub-max functional capacity test (also available via appointment).
